Ask Maaya

What Ask Maaya cannot do

Understand the limits of generated answers, forecasts, permissions, and automatic actions.

Ask Maaya cannot:

  • See Events or records outside your access.
  • Replace saved Event records as the source of truth.
  • Complete a change without explicit confirmation.
  • Bypass package, role, or permission limits.
  • Invent missing records or treat a planning blueprint as live activity.
  • Guarantee a prediction.
  • Provide legal, tax, medical, or emergency advice.
  • Access authentication, provider, payment, or webhook secrets.

Forecasts appear only when enough data exists and must show the range, confidence, evidence, method, and caveats. Insufficient data suppresses the forecast instead of producing a confident guess.

If an answer looks wrong, ask for evidence, correct the scope, open the source records, or report that the answer was not helpful.
