Track speaker work without granting unnecessary Event access.

Maaya Conferences does not currently have a dedicated Speaker roster.

Track speaker work

Use Tasks for outreach, confirmation, biography collection, presentation review, travel, accessibility, and arrival coordination. Headliner Events may use Vendors, Contracts, and secure shared links when those tools fit the speaker relationship.

Protect workspace access

A speaker does not need collaborator access to participate. Invite someone as a collaborator only when they need to manage the Event in Maaya.

Publish approved details

Add only confirmed and approved speaker information to the Event website or Conference communications.
