The answer used the wrong scope #

Correct it in the same conversation. Try “only last week,” “exclude canceled Orders,” “this Event,” or “what about Volunteers?”

The answer is too general #

Ask “why?”, “break that down,” or “show me the evidence.” Ask for the filters, date range, source rows, or missing-data caveats.

The answer cannot see a record #

Open the record directly and confirm your access. Ask Maaya cannot use hidden Events or modules. It also excludes unnecessary sensitive contact details.
