Common Maaya questions
Is Maaya Free a trial?
No. Maaya Free is the complete self-service Event plan. It does not expire and does not create a future plan credit.
How many Event collaborators can Maaya Free have?
Maaya Free supports up to 10 collaborators per Event. Headliner has unlimited Event collaborators.
How many Organization members can Maaya Pro have?
Maaya Pro supports up to 100 active memberships, including the Owner and Admins. One Organization subscription costs $9.99 per month.
Does joining an Organization open every Event?
No. An Owner or Admin must assign each Event explicitly.
Does Maaya Pro include Headliner?
No. Pro is Organization-scoped. Headliner is a one-time package for one Event.
How many attendee admissions does Maaya Free support?
Up to 150 configured admissions per Event. Maaya uses the higher defensible capacity across expected attendance, RSVP or registration capacity, and authoritative Guest and Ticket inventory.
Do Guests need a Maaya account?
No. Public RSVP, registration, Ticket purchase, and Volunteer signup do not require a Maaya account.
Is party or household name required for Public RSVP?
No. It is optional.
Are free Tickets charged a platform fee?
No. The Maaya Ticketing platform fee applies only to paid Tickets.
Do I need a different Stripe account for every Event?
No. One ready Stripe connected account can support eligible Headliner Events that the same organizer owns. Each Event still needs its own paid-Ticket, location, tax, terms, and publication setup.
Why does Stripe ask me to add or describe a product?
Stripe needs to understand what the business sells. Describe the Event admission Tickets or access you plan to sell. You do not need to recreate Maaya's Ticket types, prices, or inventory as separate Stripe products.
Can Ask Maaya change my Event automatically?
No. Supported changes require explicit confirmation and API authorization.
Can a Volunteer or Crew member open the Event workspace?
Not from that record alone. Application access requires a separate Event collaborator invitation or Organization Event assignment.
Where do I find my Tickets?
Sign in with the buyer identity and open My Tickets.
