Vendors, Artists, and Sponsors overview

Keep external partners organized without giving them broad Event access.

Headliner provides dedicated workspaces for Vendors, Artists, and Sponsors. These records are separate from Event collaborators.

Vendors

Vendor records keep services, responsibilities, milestones, documents, contacts, and secure shared information together.

Artists

Artist operations can hold private advance, travel, hospitality, contacts, and documents. Only information with explicit Publicity approval can appear on public Event surfaces.

Sponsors

Sponsor records keep commitments, benefits, contacts, activation work, and delivery status connected to the Event.

Secure external links expose only the facts intentionally shared for that relationship. They never open the wider Event workspace.
