Review the audience and message before sending an update or reminder.

Choose the audience before writing the message. Review the subject, body, timing, links, and recipient group before sending.

Use RSVP reminders for people whose response is still needed. Do not include one Guest's response, contact details, dietary needs, accessibility needs, or private circumstances in a message to other Guests.

Changing the Event website, seating plan, or a Task does not automatically send a notification.
