Understand the Event workspace

Learn where Event details, people, planning, publishing, and Event-day tools live.

Each Event has one workspace. The tools you see depend on your role, the Event type, and the Event package.

Start with Overview

Overview shows what Maaya understands about the Event, important setup gaps, and the next useful actions. As the Event grows, it becomes a summary of work that needs attention.

Use the navigation by intent

  • Event contains Event details, collaborators, publishing, and package actions.
  • Plan contains Tasks and other planning tools.
  • People contains Guests, RSVP, Tickets, Volunteers, and staffing tools available to the Event.
  • Operate contains Event-day and advanced production tools when available.
  • Measure contains Reports, analytics, and reach.

Why a tool may be missing

A tool can be hidden because your role is read-only, the Event type does not use it, the Event is still being set up, or the tool requires Headliner. Maaya shows a clear package explanation when an available upgrade is the reason.
