Choose Maaya Free when #

You need Tasks, Guests and RSVP, free registration or Tickets, Volunteer Management, Event websites, Reports, and Audience and Reach. Maaya Free supports up to 10 Event collaborators and up to 150 configured attendee admissions.

Choose Maaya Pro when #

Your organization runs Events repeatedly and needs persistent team membership, reusable roles, explicit Event assignments, Templates, Contacts, Portfolio Insights, and cross-Event intelligence. Pro is separate from Event packages.

Maaya Pro costs $9.99 per Organization each month. The Organization Owner can purchase it from Account > Plan & billing.

Choose Headliner when #

One Event needs paid Ticketing or advanced production tools such as Crew, Artists, Seating, Financials, Contracts, or Event Day operations. Headliner is a one-time purchase for that Event and cannot be moved to another Event.

You can combine Pro and Headliner #

Pro controls how the organization works across Events. Headliner controls which advanced capabilities one Event has. Neither purchase automatically includes the other.
