Assign an Organization member to an Event

Give a Maaya Pro member access to one Event with a reusable role.

An Organization member cannot open an Event until an Owner or Admin assigns that Event.

Create the assignment

  1. Open Account.
  2. Open Team & access.
  3. Choose the member.
  4. Add an Event assignment.
  5. Select the Event.
  6. Select a reusable operational role.
  7. Review the effective access explanation.
  8. Save.

Maaya applies the Organization role, reusable role, Event-specific override, existing Event role, and Event package restrictions together.

Check package limits

A role can grant access only to tools the Event already has. Assigning a Pro role never activates a Headliner capability.
