Fix Event publication problems

Find missing details, inactive public workflows, capacity blocks, or package requirements.

Maaya identifies the missing Event details, dates, location, public content, response settings, Ticket terms, capacity, or package requirement near the publish action.

Check the public workflow

An Event website can link only to response, Ticket, Volunteer, or other public actions that are configured and published. Preview each destination before publishing the website.

Check admission capacity

Maaya Free supports up to 150 configured attendee admissions. Capacity increases above the Event allowance are blocked until Headliner is active.

Check your role

Viewers cannot publish. Some commercial actions require the Owner or Co-Owner even when an Editor can update content.

Check paid Ticket terms

Paid Ticketing requires Headliner and a completed commercial review before publication.
