What Maaya Pro does not include

Understand the Event package, access, and billing boundaries that Pro does not replace.

Maaya Pro does not include or replace:

  • Headliner capabilities for an Event.
  • Automatic access to every Event.
  • Unlimited access beyond a member's role and assignments.
  • A transfer of Event ownership.
  • A per-Event Headliner purchase credit.
  • Paid Ticketing fees or payment-provider charges.

A Pro role can use only capabilities already available to the assigned Event. It never unlocks a Headliner-only module.

Canceling Pro does not delete active Events or revoke purchased Headliner capabilities. Existing Event memberships continue. Organization Templates and Contacts become read-only and exportable, while new assignments, new Templates, Portfolio Insights, and cross-Event intelligence stop until resubscription.
