Build a table or seat layout and assign attending Guest parties.

Headliner Seating can use assigned tables or individual seats.

Build the layout, add tables or seating sections, and assign attending Guest parties only after the response information is ready. A Guest party can move as the plan changes.

Seating is private organizer information unless the organizer intentionally shares it through an approved Event surface. Do not publish dietary, accessibility, relationship, or private Guest notes with the seating plan.
