Understand Event roles

Compare Owner, Co-Owner, Editor, and Viewer access in one Event.

Event roles apply to one Event.

Owner

The Owner has full Event administration, collaborator controls, package and billing actions, operational tools, Event updates, and archiving.

Co-Owner

A Co-Owner has broad owner-level operational authority, including collaborators, packages, RSVP settings, reminders, and modules. The original Owner remains the durable creator and billing reference.

Editor

An Editor can update Event details and manage records in available modules. An Editor cannot archive the Event or control restricted ownership and billing actions.

Viewer

A Viewer has read-only access to authorized Event details and module data.

One person can have a different role in each Event.
