Invite Event collaborators

Give another organizer access to one Event as a Co-Owner, Editor, or Viewer.

Event collaborators are people who help organize one Event. Guests, Ticket buyers, Volunteers, Crew, and vendors do not need collaborator access for their normal workflows.

Send an invitation

  1. Open the Event.
  2. Open Collaborators under Event.
  3. Select Invite collaborator.
  4. Enter the person's Google account email.
  5. Choose Co-Owner, Editor, or Viewer.
  6. Send the invitation.

The invitation does not grant access by itself. The person must sign in with the invited Google email and explicitly accept the invitation.

Choose the least access needed

  • Co-Owner has broad operational authority, including collaborators and package actions.
  • Editor can update Event details and operational records.
  • Viewer can review authorized Event information without changing it.

The original Owner remains the durable creator and billing reference.
