Maaya Weddings does not currently have a dedicated Wedding party roster.

Use Tasks for confirmed responsibilities, deadlines, fittings, arrival needs, rehearsal work, and items someone agreed to handle. Keep private relationship notes and personal circumstances out of broad Tasks.

Being part of the Wedding party does not require collaborator access. Invite someone as a collaborator only when they need to manage the Event in Maaya.
