Plan sessions and tracks
Organize conference program work while dedicated session and track records are not available.
Maaya Conferences does not currently have dedicated Session or Track records. Do not treat Tasks as a public agenda or a confirmed room schedule.
Plan the work
Use Task workstreams for program areas such as Keynotes, Breakouts, Workshops, or Expo. Add owners, deadlines, dependencies, and checklist items for each piece of program work.
Publish confirmed information
Use the Event website for the conference information that attendees should see. Review every date, time, room, and speaker detail before publishing.
Keep the limitation visible
A future dedicated Conference program must add reviewed Support articles before it becomes customer-facing.
