Publish an Event website

Review public details and actions before making the Event website available.

Prepare the website

  1. Open the Event.
  2. Open Event Website.
  3. Review the Event name, image, date, time, location, and description.
  4. Choose the public sections and actions.
  5. Confirm that registration, RSVP, Tickets, or Volunteer signup is published before linking to it.
  6. Preview desktop and mobile.
  7. Publish the website.

Check private information

Do not copy private Guest, staffing, financial, contract, travel, or internal operations details into public copy. Only approved Artist publicity may appear.

Update after publishing

Saved public changes update the website. Pausing a response or sales workflow does not automatically remove every reference to it, so review the website after operational changes.
