Event-day operations overview
Use arrivals, QR check-in, staffing status, and Headliner operating tools during the Event.
Event-day work uses the same records prepared before the Event.
Maaya Free operations
Organizers can check in Guest parties, validate Ticket QR codes, review Volunteer assignments, and track arrivals.
Headliner operations
Headliner adds production workspaces such as Event Day, Show Schedule, Credentials, Crew, Seating, and Incident Operations when they fit the Event.
Communication remains explicit
Changing a runbook, schedule, or operational record does not automatically notify Guests, Ticket holders, Volunteers, collaborators, or Vendors. Send the needed communication as a separate reviewed action.
