Invite Organization members

Add people to your Maaya Pro Organization and keep their Event access explicit.

Maaya Pro supports up to 100 active Organization memberships, including the Owner and Admins.

Send an Organization invitation

  1. Open Account.
  2. Open Team & access.
  3. Select Invite member.
  4. Enter the person's email.
  5. Choose Owner, Admin, or Member.
  6. Choose a reusable role when the person is a Member.
  7. Send the invitation.

The invitation remains pending until the person accepts it. A pending invitation does not grant Event access.

Assign Events separately

After the person joins the Organization, assign only the Events they need. Organization membership alone never opens every Event.

If the Organization reaches its limit

New invitations and acceptances stop when active membership reaches the effective limit. Existing members are not removed. A Maaya administrator can approve a temporary higher limit for a specific Organization.
