Understand refunds and cancellations

Separate Event package terms from Ticket refunds and subscription cancellation.

Different Maaya charges have different cancellation and refund rules.

Headliner

Headliner is a one-time Event purchase. Capacity reductions and lower-than-expected attendance do not create a downgrade or refund. A larger admission tier uses difference-only upgrade pricing.

Authorized organizers can request a Ticket refund. The refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms success. The Order keeps its audit and refund history.

Refund authority can be restricted by role. Do not treat access to Box Office or check-in as unrestricted refund authority.

Maaya Pro

The launch contract allows cancellation at any time. Cancellation preserves active Events and purchased Headliner access. Organization Templates and Contacts become read-only and exportable. The Organization Owner can manage or cancel the subscription from Account > Plan & billing.
