Volunteers and Crew overview

Choose public Volunteer Management or Headliner Crew staffing for the people working your Event.

Use Volunteer Management for public or invited community participation. Use Crew for paid staff and individual contractors on a Headliner Event.

Volunteers

Volunteer Management is included in Maaya Free and Headliner. Opportunities can use general participation or scheduled shifts. Public signup does not require a Maaya account.

Crew

Crew is a Headliner staffing-readiness workspace. It tracks whether required roles are staffed, confirmed, equipped, and present.

Adding a Volunteer or Crew member does not grant application access. Invite a collaborator separately when someone needs to manage the Event in Maaya.
