Find invoices and receipts

Locate billing documents for Pro, Headliner, and Ticket purchases.

Maaya Pro billing documents

When Pro launches, the Organization Owner will open Account, then Plan & billing, and use the secure Stripe billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and receipts. Other active members can view verified subscription state but cannot manage billing.

Headliner purchase records

Open the Event package or billing details to review the verified Headliner tier and purchase state. Stripe also sends the payment receipt to the checkout email.

Ticket buyer receipts

Ticket buyers receive an Order confirmation and can use My Tickets to review their Tickets. Use the receipt or Order reference when contacting the organizer about a charge or refund.

Never send full card numbers, bank details, or passwords in a support request.
