Use Conference credentials and access

Choose Ticket QR check-in or an enabled Credentials workspace for controlled access.

Use Ticket QR credentials for ordinary attendee admission and check-in.

Ticket access

Each issued Ticket has a QR credential. Authorized scanners validate the credential against the Event and record admission status.

Operational credentials

Some Headliner Events may have the Credentials module enabled for additional operational access. If it is not visible, the Event does not have that module. Do not create a substitute access list in public notes or broad Tasks.

Credential data does not grant application access. Invite a collaborator separately when someone needs to work inside Maaya.
