Check in Ticket holders

Validate Event Tickets with the mobile check-in experience.

Ticket check-in belongs to Ticketing and is available for Maaya Free and Headliner Events.

Open check-in

Use the Event's Ticketing check-in action or the mobile check-in surface provided by the organizer. Check-in operators receive only the admission scope they need.

Scan a Ticket

  1. Allow camera access when asked.
  2. Scan the Ticket QR code.
  3. Confirm the attendee and Ticket status.
  4. Complete the check-in.

A repeated scan does not create another admission. Invalid, canceled, refunded, voided, or already used credentials show a clear result instead of silently accepting entry.

Protect Event access

Check-in station access is separate from Event membership. A gate operator does not receive broad Event workspace access.
