Fix an invitation link problem

Accept Event or Organization access with the identity that was invited.

Opening an invitation link does not grant access by itself.

Check the invited identity

Sign in with the email named in the invitation. Event collaborator invitations currently use the invited Google account email.

Accept the invitation

After sign-in, open the pending invitation card and accept it. Access begins only after explicit acceptance.

If the email failed

Email delivery is not the authority for access. The organizer can review the stored pending invitation and resend it. Resending does not create access without acceptance.

If the invitation is no longer valid

Ask the Event Owner, Co-Owner, Organization Owner, or Admin to review the pending invitation and send a current one. They should also confirm the role and Event assignment.
