Fix RSVP and registration problems

Check response windows, capacity, party size, waitlists, and private links.

The form is not open

Confirm the published page, opening time, deadline, and Event timezone. A response cannot be submitted before the opening time or after the deadline.

Attending is unavailable

The Event may be full. When no waitlist is available, Public RSVP can still accept Maybe or Unable to attend until the deadline.

The party size is rejected

Use a whole number from one through the maximum set for that invitation or public response path. The organizer can change a private invitation's party limit.

A private response cannot be changed

Use the private management or invitation link sent to the primary email. Do not use the general public share link to manage an existing private response.

Household name is blank

Party or household name is optional. Maaya uses the primary Guest name as the internal party label when it is blank.
