Create a free Ticket

Add a zero-cost Ticket tier with inventory and per-Order limits.

Add the Ticket tier

  1. Open the Event.
  2. Open Tickets.
  3. Select Create Ticket.
  4. Choose Free.
  5. Enter the Ticket name and description.
  6. Set inventory.
  7. Set minimum and maximum Tickets per Order.
  8. Save the tier.

Maaya Free supports general admission. Headliner can also use reserved seats or organizer-assigned tables when those positions exist in Seating.

Before sharing

Review the Event date, location, sale window, attendee questions, confirmation, and inventory. A free Ticket does not create a Maaya Ticketing platform fee.
