Coordinate deadlines and timing while a dedicated Wedding schedule is not available.

Maaya Weddings does not currently have a dedicated Wedding timeline or run-of-show record.

Use Tasks and workstreams for planning deadlines, confirmations, arrivals, setup, ceremony preparation, reception work, and closeout. Use Event-relative deadlines when work should move with the Wedding date.

Publish only the parts of the schedule Guests need. Internal timing and vendor coordination should remain in permission-scoped Event records.
