Information that can be public
Organizers choose approved Event details, schedule information, location, registration or RSVP actions, Ticket links, Volunteer signup, selected Sponsors, and approved Artist publicity.
Information that stays private
Private Guests, Tasks, collaborators, internal Vendor and Artist details, Contracts, Financials, Event Day operations, and private resources never appear on the public website.
Branding
The website uses the selected Event identity or permitted Organization brand. Public RSVP and registration keep organizer identity clear without promoting a competing Maaya action above the form.
