Send an RSVP reminder

Remind Guests who still need to respond without changing their invitation link.

Send a reminder now

  1. Open the Event.
  2. Open Guests & RSVP.
  3. Filter to Guests awaiting a response.
  4. Review missing or invalid email addresses.
  5. Choose the reminder action.
  6. Review the audience and message.
  7. Send.

Sending again does not invalidate an invitation link that was already delivered.

Use scheduled reminders

RSVP reminder scheduling starts enabled. Default pending-response reminders are 14, 7, and 2 days before the Event. Attending or Maybe parties receive defaults at 7 and 1 day before. Organizers can change the schedule.

Check delivery

The Guest list shows Sending, delivered, or failed status. Open the delivery details for provider time, message ID, or failure information.
