Use arrivals, check-in, Tasks, Volunteers, communications, and available Headliner tools.

Use the same records prepared before the Wedding.

Review open Tasks, Guest responses, arrivals, Volunteer assignments, vendor work, seating, and any messages that still need approval. Free Ticket QR check-in is available when the Wedding uses Ticketing.

Headliner can add Event Day, Vendors, Contracts, Financials, Seating, Credentials, or Incident Operations when those modules are available.

Maaya Weddings does not currently provide a dedicated Wedding-day timeline. Keep sensitive personal and family details out of broadly visible records.
