Reports and analytics overview

Review attendance, Ticket, Volunteer, fundraising, and audience information available to your Event.

Reports turn Event records into summaries for planning and review. The numbers available depend on the modules used by the Event and your permissions.

Common report areas

Reports can cover Ticket sales and attendance, RSVP status, Volunteer activity, fundraising, and audience reach. Headliner Events can add deeper operational and financial views.

Permission boundary

Reports include only data the signed-in person is allowed to access. Restricted Events and records are excluded before totals or patterns are calculated.

Use authoritative records

Report totals come from saved Event records. A chart or Ask Maaya summary does not replace the underlying Orders, Guests, Tickets, assignments, or financial records.
